Mausritter: Cabinet of Curiosities
Oswald Wondersnout collects strange things, and the Cabinet is where he keeps themâbonsai trees hung with bottlecaps, coral displays that glow beneath the floorboards, clockwork creatures dozing in dust. Over time, the collection became something more: a winding, shifting place where the curious and the clever are quietly invited to test themselves.
Oswald says heâs seeking apprentices, and itâs true he wouldnât mind if someone dealt with the snails, but the truth is simplerâhe likes to watch. Every mouse that enters becomes part of the experiment, the entertainment, the game.
And youâve just stepped inside.
Cabinet of Curiosities is an official Mausritter module inspired by 'snakes & ladders' that can be used as an action-packed one-shot adventure or be plugged into an existing campaign. Inside you'll find:
- Ten bizarre rooms filled with shifting layouts, magical traps, and dangerous secrets.
- Weird enemies and encounters, including annoying slimy snails, talking beetle skulls, and a mischievous wizard watching your every move.
- Unique rewards like strange treasures, powerful spells (including Animate Object), and curious conditions that alter play.
- Six flavourful hooks to get your mice - whether to steal, explore, or prove their worth as arcane apprentices.
